Pre-K Class
The curriculum in our Pre-K class continues to focus on the Christian faith while building on previously learned skills. The children in this class will move towards learning kindergarten readiness skills. The teacher and two teacher aides will work in large groups, small groups, and individually to fully cater to your child's current level of learning.
Who is eligible?
Children who have reached the age of 4 years old by September 1st. This class is geared for children who will be entering Kindergarten the following year or for children who are opting for an extra year of preschool. Children must be toilet-trained.
When does class meet?
Our preschool has a flexible schedule so your child may attend your days of choice for 3, 4, or 5 days. Sessions begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. and end at 11:30 a.m. The school year begins in September and ends in May.
Registration fee:
There is a $75.00 registration fee. This registration fee is non-refundable and is due at the time you register your child in the preschool. This fee will hold a place in the class for your child for the school year. The fee is used for purchasing supplies, materials, equipment, and to cover other start-up costs prior to the September opening.
Tuition fee:
There will be nine non-refundable monthly tuition payments. The first payment is due September 1st. The eight remaining payments will be due by the first of each month thereafter.

Daily Schedule:
9:00-9:30 - Arrival-child initiated play and work at prepared centers
9:30-10:00- Large Group (circle)- Morning Jobs, Teacher given lessons, group discussion, music and movement, and story time
10:00-10:30 - Small Groups- Teacher directed activities to reinforce concepts taught at large group
10:30-10:40 - Bathroom break and transitions
10:40-11:00 - Snack
11:00-11:30 - Gross motor (recess indoor or outdoor depending on the weather)
