When God Seems Absent

The book of Job can be a dismal journey of hardship and unwarranted suffering. It is hard to understand how God could allow something like this to take place and we ask the question why do bad things happen? More importantly, we can trust in the character of God and God's promise that in the midst of suffering there is hope, life, and a future with Him.
